Booking Request

Please read the following before making a GIS booking

In general, a teacher or administrator will make a booking on behalf of 4 classes per date. To process your booking request, the Gallery must receive a full schedule of classes on your requested day. Before you continue, please make sure that you have confirmed 4 one-hour sessions on the dates you choose with the teachers/classes in your school.

Program times are one hour long. Session times are as follows:

Sooke

• 2 programs at 9:00 (one primary, one intermediate)
• 2 programs at 10:45 (one primary, one intermediate)

Saanich

• 2 programs at 9:00 (one primary, one intermediate)
• 2 programs at 10:00 (one primary, one intermediate)

Victoria

• 4 primary or 4 intermediate programs in one day 9:00, 10:45, 1:00 and 2:00.
• Afternoon programs will be adjusted based on individual school pm start time.

Salt Spring Island

• 2 In the Company of Animals programs for primary or intermediate, one at 9:00 and one at 10:30.

When you complete your booking request, an email will automatically be sent to the Gallery with your information. Requests are treated on a first-come-first-served basis, and the web server timestamp is used to determine the time of your request.

The information on the web site (availability of dates) is generally updated each afternoon, Monday through Friday.
